Every number below comes from furniture we have actually bought and installed: 105 rooms across seven completed projects, restated into today's dollars. Tell us which rooms you have and how fully you want each one furnished, and you will see what rooms like yours have really cost.
What light, balanced and full actually mean. These are not grades of furniture. They are the 25th percentile, the median and the 75th percentile of what that room has really cost us.
Rooms land at the low end when the client kept existing pieces or furnished selectively, and at the high end when the room was large, largely custom, or furnished from nothing. Balanced is the middle: half our rooms came in under it, half over. Lighting is not in these figures and is budgeted separately.
